whD Manages the Hospital Indemnity Coverage Offered by Patriot Disposal.
If you’ve been directed to this page by Patriot Disposal, it means you have an employer-paid Hospital Indemnity Plan (HIP) in addition to your major medical coverage. You were automatically enrolled in the HIP plan at the same time you selected your major medical coverage. The HIP plan will pay the following benefits directly to you or your covered family member for any of the following events:

A hospital admission is being admitted to the hospital OR being in observation for 23 or more hours.
Outpatient surgery is a surgical procedure in either a hospital setting or an ambulatory surgical center.
Health Screening includes most doctor visits and lab work.
Medical Imaging includes MRI, PET scan, CT scan, etc.
How to Collect Your HIP Benefit
